Terms of Service
Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account or using DerivLine, you agree to be bound by them.
1. Your agreement with DerivLine
These Terms govern your access to DerivLine, including its account, trading, payment, referral, and support features. By opening an account, selecting “I agree”, or using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use DerivLine.
2. Eligibility and local restrictions
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
- You must use DerivLine only where binary trading is lawful for you.
- You may not use the service if you are subject to sanctions or other legal restrictions.
- You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply where you live or trade.
DerivLine may decline an application or restrict access where legal, compliance, or safety concerns arise.
3. Accounts and security
Register with accurate information and keep it current. Your account is personal: you may not share it, sell it, operate duplicate accounts, or use another person’s identity or payment method. Keep your password and devices secure and notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Activity completed through your credentials may be treated as authorized until you report a compromise.
4. How DerivLine contracts work
Before confirming a trade, the platform displays the market, direction or condition, stake, expiry, and potential payout. A trade becomes binding when DerivLine accepts it. It cannot normally be changed or cancelled after acceptance. Settlement uses the price feed and rules shown for that contract. The account history shown on DerivLine is the official record unless a verified processing error is found.
Quotes, payout rates, available markets, contract durations, and limits may change before a trade is placed. Such changes do not alter an already accepted contract unless correction is required under Section 8.
5. Risk warning
Binary trading is high risk. A losing contract can result in the loss of the entire stake, and repeated short-duration trades can cause losses quickly. No result, chart, signal, payout illustration, educational material, or account feature guarantees profit. DerivLine does not provide personal investment, legal, or tax advice. Trade only with money you can afford to lose and make your own decisions.
Synthetic markets may be generated rather than traded on an external exchange. Their behavior may differ from conventional financial markets, and past performance does not predict future outcomes.
6. Deposits, withdrawals, and account balances
- Use only payment methods you are authorized to use and follow the limits displayed before submission.
- A deposit is credited only after DerivLine receives valid confirmation from the payment provider.
- Withdrawals may require identity, ownership, source-of-funds, or transaction checks.
- We may return funds through the original or another verified method where required for fraud prevention.
- Provider fees, exchange rates, and processing times may apply and will be shown or communicated where available.
DerivLine may hold, reject, reverse, or investigate a payment where it is duplicated, disputed, mistaken, unauthorized, unlawful, or inconsistent with these Terms. A displayed balance is not proof that an unsettled or reversed payment has become final.
7. Verification and compliance
We may request identity documents, a selfie, address information, payment ownership evidence, or the source and purpose of funds. You must provide truthful, readable, and current information. Until checks are complete, we may limit trading, deposits, withdrawals, referrals, or account access. We may report or retain information when required by anti-fraud, anti-money-laundering, sanctions, tax, or other applicable rules.
8. Fair use, errors, and prohibited activity
You must not use DerivLine to:
- commit fraud, launder money, evade sanctions, or conduct any unlawful activity;
- manipulate prices, exploit latency or errors, coordinate abusive trading, or misuse promotions;
- use unauthorized bots, scripts, scraping tools, or automated access;
- attack, probe, reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass any platform control; or
- submit false claims, chargebacks, documents, identities, or payment information.
If a contract or balance is affected by a clear price-feed, calculation, display, duplicate-processing, or technical error, DerivLine may correct the record, void the affected contract, or restore the parties to the position they would reasonably have held without the error. We may investigate before making a correction.
9. Promotions and referrals
Each bonus or referral offer is governed by the conditions shown with it. Rewards may be pending until qualifying events are verified. Self-referrals, coordinated accounts, false identities, circular payments, or misleading promotion are prohibited. Invalid or mistakenly credited rewards may be cancelled or recovered.
10. Availability and intellectual property
We may maintain, update, suspend, or change parts of DerivLine. Although we work to keep the platform available and accurate, internet, device, provider, or market-data failures may interrupt access. All DerivLine software, branding, interface designs, and original content belong to DerivLine or its licensors. Your limited right to use them ends when your account closes.
11. Suspension and account closure
You may ask support to close your account after open obligations are resolved. DerivLine may restrict, suspend, or close an account to protect users, investigate activity, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. Where permitted, any verified remaining balance will be handled after lawful deductions, reversals, disputes, and required checks. Clauses intended to survive closure—including payment, liability, dispute, and ownership terms—remain effective.
12. Disclaimers and responsibility
DerivLine is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular trading result, or freedom from every error. DerivLine is not responsible for losses caused solely by your trading decisions, compromised credentials, unsupported devices, third-party payment services, internet failures, or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. For other claims, DerivLine’s responsibility is limited to direct, reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach. You are responsible for losses and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use, fraud, or material breach of these Terms.
13. Complaints and disputes
Contact support first and include the relevant transaction or trade details. We will review the account records and respond within a reasonable time. If a dispute remains unresolved, the law and courts applicable to the DerivLine operator and your mandatory local consumer rights will govern. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
14. Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms to reflect service, legal, security, or operational changes. We will post the new effective date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms; otherwise, stop using DerivLine and request account closure.
